COMMENTARY | In an article by Alan Farham, of Good Morning America, it was reported that more older people in their 40s and 50s are accepting temporary positions this season. It's a byproduct of a sour economy, but a boon for those businesses and the individuals they are employing. We all know that we need to be employed to get employed. It's a catch-22, but very real when most employers won't look at applications from the long-term unemployed.
